In 1965, Ken Cappelletty opened a small cut flower shop in Toledo, Ohio. He and his staff worked hard, designing their flower arrangements in the morning, and delivering them in the afternoon.

Soon after, Fred Moor joined Ken as his business partner adding to the team's strong focus on high quality, personal service and 100% customer satisfaction.

Ken and Fred's combined talents in design and management propelled Ken's Flower Shops to its position as a top-ranking Teleflora and FTD florist.

After 40 years, Ken Cappelletty continued to move toward even greater excellence.

Although Ken's has expanded with three locations in Perrysburg, Ohio and Toledo, Ohio, we have never forgotten our original customer focus.

A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be charged for deliveries to the Toledo, Perrysburg and Ann Arbor areas. For outlying areas there may be an additional fee. We offer special courier service and time any time any day.

Ken's provides the best personal service for your deliveries to all areas of the United States. Our list of selected florists in each city assure your satisfaction.

U.S. orders recieved before 1:00 PM in the recipients time zone can be delivered the same day. Orders received after that time can normally be delivered the same day with extra fee. Please call for information on the additional fee.

 

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.


We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shops directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
